Here is some information about your Judopay Dashboard Password.
Your password must be:
- A Minimum of 7 characters long
- Contain at least one capital letter
- Contain at least one lower case letter
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one symbol
You will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.
When re-setting your password, please note you are unable to re-use any of your last 4 passwords.
The following is the procedure for resetting a password.
Go to judopay.com and click sign in.
Check that your browser has not auto-filled the boxes for the username and password. Delete the information if necessary, retype it and click sign in. The username and password boxes are case sensitive.
If you get the error 'Email address or password is incorrect' then click 'Forgotten Password'
A password reset email will be sent to the email address on file. It will be from email@example.com The email can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. Please also check your spam or junk folder. If you are using gmail then also check your 'social' and 'promotions' tabs.
When the email arrives, follow the link contained in the email to reset your password.
On the reset password page, make sure your browser does not auto-fill any boxes or auto-complete your email address. Your new password has to be 8 characters long, it needs to contain at least one capital letter and one number. Re-type your password in the third box then click 'change password'.
You will be redirected to a page confirming your password has been changed successfully.

In your dashboard, under Developers in the left-hand panel, click on 'Get started'.
Type the name of your app in to the box and click on 'Add app'
Your app then appears below. Click on it to open the access to your sandbox token and secret.

Disabling or removing an app is easy.
Log in to your dashboard.
Open the app you wish to disable or remove
To remove it click on 'remove' in the right-hand side of the app summary box.
To disable an app click on the app, bringing up the token and secret screen. Click on disable in the right-hand side of the app details box.
Once an app is removed it cannot be retrieved. A disabled app can be enabled again at any time, by following the same steps and selecting 'enable'. This will make the token and secret ready to use once again.
To find your API tokens, login to the judo dashboard at https://portal.judopay.com.
Once here, click on "Your apps" and select the app you want to view the tokens for. You can view both your Sandbox and Live tokens here. You will need to have activated your account in order to view your live tokens.
You may view and adjust any of your token's permissions in your Judo dashboard by opening your app from the 'Your apps' section
In order to add bank details, just follow the instructions below. For security reasons we ask that customers always make account changes themselves.
Log in to your Judopay account at https://www.portal.judopay.com
Click on the Settings tab on the left-hand side
Click on 'Transfer details' and then 'Not defined'
You must then select your mobile number. An SMS text message is immediately sent to this number containing an authentication code. On the next screen type in this authentication code and your password (The same one you use to log in to your judo account)
On the next screen you simply add in your new bank details. The 'reference' is just what you would like to appear on your bank statements when you transfer money from your Judopay account. Be sure to check all of these details thoroughly before clicking on 'Confirm'
And that is it. All future transfers will be made to your new bank account.
Log in to your dashboard.
Click on History from the left-hand panel
If you click on the grey 'Download' button, above the transaction history, you can choose to download the current view or select a specific date range.
This is then downloaded as a .csv file to your device.
You can use the 'Filter' button to refine your results by transaction type or date, Judopay ID or app or a combination of these factors. You can then select to download the customised view.
Easy. Just drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the name and email address of the person you would like to grant dashboard access to. However, please be aware that granting this user access to your account will also allow them to modify your registered bank details.
To view your successful transactions simply toggle to the desired environment using the Sandbox/Live button in the top right of your Judopay dashboard.
Any successful transactions can then be viewed from the 'History' section. If your successful transactions do not appear, there may be an issue, please see here.
Log in to your dashboard.
If the transaction you wish to refund is recent (one of you last 5 transactions) then you will see it on the Overview screen. If you want to refund an older transaction you can locate your entire transaction history by selecting 'History' form the left-hand panel
Locate the transaction you want to refund. You can filter your transaction results by date, type, ID number or app.
Click on the correct transaction to open a more detailed view
Click on the button 'refund payment'
Select to make either a full or partial refund and confirm.
And that is it! The refund is processed immediately and will appear in the cardholders account within 3 working days.
Simply log in to your dashboard and click on 'Get started' from the left-hand panel. Type the name of your app in to the box and hit 'add app'. A link to download the SDK's will immediately appear underneath.
